The contact between specific allergens (mites, pollens, ect.) and our organism can, in subjects predisposed, trigger an allergic reaction characterized by the release of histamine and by reactions typical, such as itching, burning, runny nose, sneezing, ect.
In nature there are substances that help reduce the release of histamine; in particular the egg of quail which, thanks to the presence of ovomucoid glycoproteins, exerts a known antiallergic activity, reducing the typical associated reactions.
